CATHOLIC HEALTHCARE WEST - PURL Site

CHALLENGE

Catholic Healthcare West, a non-for-profit system of over 40 hospitals and facilities in Southwest U.S., needed to find a unique way to engage employees while launching their new employer brand, which introduced the theme line: “Live Your Life on Purpose”.

SOLUTION

Based on the brand platform of “Personal Connection”, we developed Personalized URLs (PURL) where each and every employee got a personalized site with their name built right into the URL.

RESULTS

Since launch, the PURLs have welcomed over 5,000 unique visitors and an impressive 10% acceptance response. In addition, hundreds of personal stories have been created and uploaded. To date, these stories have received nearly 20,000 views.
