JWT INSIDE partnered with Merrill Lynch to develop meetmerrill.com: an experiential, multimedia portal that immerses students into the culture, people and programs at Merrill Lynch, while lifting the candidate experience beyond the traditional Campus Careers site.
The site is unique in the campus recruiting space, generating buzz both internally and externally. Analysis showed incredible traffic with higher than average visitor durations, which is remarkable considering we launched during a turbulent year for banks.
Today’s social trends and workforce dynamics can no longer be looked at separately. As the line between the workplace and the larger social environment continues to blur, connecting the internal with the external has become increasingly essential to leading organizations.
