NEW YORK – January 14, 2008 JWT INSIDE, one of the world’s leading recruitment marketing and employee communications companies, was honored with five MerComm, Inc. iNOVA Awards. The iNOVA awards, honoring the world’s best corporate Web sites, represent world-class achievement, competing with over 200 entries from 12 countries around the world.

Along with two Silvers, a Bronze and Honors for clients Shell, General Motors, Federal Student Aid and Multicare, JWT INSIDE’s Gold Award for the Microsoft MBA site received Grand Prize in the Recruitment Site Category. This site, which lives within the larger Microsoft site, was developed to encourage MBA students and graduates to consider careers or internships at Microsoft. With the goals of the site being to create a meaningful, engaging experience for this very sophisticated target audience - it features employee videos, hidden onboarding pages, Microsoft fast facts that put the fun stuff first, information for overseas students, a product guide and more.

Along with the five awards won by JWT INSIDE; another JWT Specialized Communications company, JWT BOOM - the premier integrated marketing firm specializing in reaching the Boomer market won three iNova awards and Grand Prize in the Corporate Web site category for the Shea Home Superiology site.
