Capitalizing on the emotive capabilities of social media, this campaign focused around the concept of an employee blog – used as an internal communications tool, as well as a way to give perspective employees insight into working at CHOA. For the external launch we created a teaser campaign, followed by the ‘Reveal’ campaign, focusing on the six main video blogs on the homepage - from online and outdoor to bluetooth casting at tradeshow events. In its first month, the site received 3,691 unique visitors - with average length of time on the site over 3 minutes, 20,000+ page views and over 75 percent of all visitors being first time.
