User experience design (UX) is always evolving. So to help you keep up with all the changes coming this year, InVision recently published an article outlining 5 UX design trends to watch in 2017.

Among the things we’ll see is an increased focus on time-saving design. This will allow candidates to more quickly and easily access the information they need to assess potential employers and find opportunities that best match their talents, values, interests and ambitions. In turn, recruiters should expect a decrease in applications from professionals who are unfit for particular roles, which will save time for everyone involved.

Other emerging trends include smarter personalization and more experienced-based metrics that will lead to higher engagement among target audiences. It’s all part of an increasing demand for customization – and we’re happy to help meet it.
